RMA- Executive

Repair Management:

1. POS Device Hardware Component Repair Knowledge.
2. Software - Process of Firmware Update and Application update.
3. Identifying Hardware L3 Repair Level (PCBA) and guiding team on Repair.
4. Managing Level wise Repair ageing.
5. Developing strategies to improve the processes and level of service TAT.
6. Addressing product issues/defect on timely basis.
7. Executing training to Technicians on Repair L1, L2 and L3.

Spares Management:
1. Monitoring and analyzing Spares consumption.
2. Planning and maintaining buffer Spares.

MIS/ Dashboard:
1. Manage MIS/ Dashboard for repair and maintenance, client billing invoices.

Educational Qualification: Graduate, Diploma Electronics.

Skills and Experience:
1. Experience in handing 10-12 Mobile/ Point of Devices.
2. Technically sound with L1, L2 and L3 repairs of Mobile/ Point of Devices
3. Knowledge of Point of Devices & Payment Sound Boxes shall be addon advantage.
