Role & Responsibility
-SLAs monitoring the as per activities assigned.
-Tracking Installed / De-installed terminals.
-Service Manager Co-ordination and daily reporting for field activities.
-Support for Field Team for issue resolution
-MIS Reports and maintain Dash Boards based on departmental needs and requirements.
-Various MIS report preparation for banking merchant as per Bank/managements requirement
Daily Assignment
ü Stock of Device & SIM card management
ü Daily Visit schedule report preparation and planning.
ü Response and cooperation to team
ü Timely deployment and update to backend team.
ü Rejection completion in Yoda same day.
ü monitoring Yoda completion from merchant location.
Qualification & Minimum
Batchelor Degree
Have at least 4-5 experience in POS Field Management
Have at least three years of people management experience in leading teams of at least 50+members
Be organized and have ability to multi-task high pressure environment work
Be efficient in Microsoft Office products; good MS Excel and MS Power point skills
Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
