• Healthcare Payer Domain Expertise (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or Commercial)
• Core Administration Platform Integration (Claims adjudication, Enrollment, Provider platforms)
• Enterprise Software Architecture & Solutioning
• Integration of EDI Healthcare Transactions (837, 834, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 278)
• AWS Cloud Services & Cloud-Based Solutions
• Technical Skills: SQL, Core Java, Spring Boot, Web Services, XML, JSON, Middleware, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Agile Methodologies
• Strong Communication & Leadership Skills
• Experience in Onshore/Offshore Model

• Exposure to Healthcare Ecosystem Partners (HealthEdge, TriZetto, NASCO, Advantasure, Change Healthcare)
• Experience with HealthEdge Applications (HealthRules Payor, GuidingCare)
• Automation & Performance Optimization Strategies
