We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to work closely with stakeholders and guide the creation of effective technology solutions. This role will focus on translating business needs into system requirements, identifying areas for process improvement, and ensuring alignment between business units and IT teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent business analysis skills, demonstrate expertise in managing complex projects, and have strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Business Requirements Analysis :

  • Understand and document business requirements from stakeholders to create effective technology solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear system requirements and communicate them to development teams.
  • Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

• System Design & Implementation :

  • Design and implement new systems, including selecting and configuring appropriate software and hardware solutions.
  • Ensure that the solutions meet business needs and expectations.

• Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure mutual understanding and project alignment.
  • Lead complex stakeholder engagement activities and manage difficult personalities to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Effectively communicate concepts to relevant stakeholders and verify their understanding and approval.

• Testing & Documentation :

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure systems and processes function as intended.
  • Create detailed reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Document business processes, systems, and integration activities.

• Training & Support :

  • Provide training and support to users on new or updated systems and processes.
  • Offer ongoing guidance and problem resolution post-implementation.

• Project Management :

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure that business goals are met efficiently.
  • Monitor system performance after implementation and resolve any issues that arise.

• Continuous Improvement :

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and business strategies to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for business process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in system design and implementation.

• Business Analysis Approach :

  • Ability to plan and execute business analysis approaches for complex situations.
  • Expertise in uncovering emotional drivers of stakeholders and tailoring business analysis messages accordingly.
  • Apply business acumen to connect concepts across various aspects of the enterprise.
  • Ask relevant questions to uncover and understand organizational needs and ensure comprehensive planning.

• Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Lead and manage complex stakeholder engagement, handling challenging personalities and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Actively seek open feedback from stakeholders and ensure clear communication of concepts.
  • Effectively verify stakeholder understanding and approval of proposed solutions.

• Business Analysis Information Management :

  • Lead efforts to develop and manage business analysis information.
  • Synthesize complex data from disparate sources and understand its impact on the enterprise.
  • Utilize business analysis tools and techniques effectively, coaching others as needed.

• Business Analysis Performance Improvement :

  • Consistently identify issues and improve business analysis work, planning improvement efforts independently.
  • Receptive to non-traditional learning methods and use creative solutions for complex problems.
  • Evaluate performance, assess what worked and what didn t, and plan improvement strategies.

• Requirements Elicitation :

  • Lead complex elicitation activities and anticipate delays to proactively adjust priorities.
  • Work with large, cross-functional teams to coordinate roles, responsibilities, and interdependencies.
  • Effectively present ideas to stakeholders and validate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Engage stakeholders, gain consensus, and resolve potential gaps before they become issues.

• Domain Expertise :

  • Strong background in Finance , Supply Chain , or other relevant domains to bring valuable insights into the business analysis process.

• Project Management :

  • Experience managing project timelines, resources, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or similar roles, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
