• Over 15 years of experience in IT programme and project management.
• Proven track record in managing high-profile IT programmes across multiple workstreams.
• Strong expertise in senior business stakeholder management , ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Demonstrated success in leading large teams , providing clear direction, and fostering commitment.
• Extensive experience in delivering multi-million-pound programmes using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Deep understanding of operating models and methodologies , including large-scale agile transformations .
• Skilled in managing internal teams, partners, and suppliers to drive successful programme delivery.
• Experience in Application Development and Product Development within financial services is a plus.
