Mentor junior engineers and team members on process improvements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve process-related issues.
Collaborate with various teams to optimize patch management workflows without directly performing patching tasks.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Strong understanding of patch management processes and best practices.
Experience with industry-standard patching tools (e. g. , Tenable, WSUS, SCCM, Ivanti, BigFix, Tanium, etc. ).
Expertise in ITIL-based change management and ITSM frameworks.
Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and other regulatory requirements related to patching.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
