Lead II - Senior SAP ABAP

7-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP and SAP ECC,
Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions to address business needs, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Perform code reviews, identify areas of improvement, and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills.
Optimize and enhance existing SAP ABAP programs to improve performance, stability, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP systems with other applications and platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ABAP programs, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP ABAP technologies, tools, and trends, and provide recommendations for their adoption.
Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, documentation practices, and change management processes.
