  Bachelors Degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience 5 - 8 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing Good understanding of software development methodologies and quality processes. Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, framework and approach. Experience with Scrum Agile development methodology Strong experience with automation tools (Selenium, QTP, NUnit, Appium) with Cucumber frameworks is required. Knowledge on the WinAppDriver is added advantage. Willing to learn new automation tools as per product requirement. Test automation scripting (Java, VBScript )is required. Analyze, debug and resolve defects and/or production issues Strong object-oriented coding background. Knowledge of SQL and ability to understand complex queries. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required. Excellent documentation skills. Experience in working/reporting to On-site Partners. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
