Role Proficiency:

Independently develops error free code with high quality validation of applications guides other developers and assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering

Outcomes:

1. Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs; developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.
2. Code debug test document and communicate product/component/features at development stages.

Key Responsibilities Incident Management: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by L1 support or end-users within defined SLAs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Application Support: Monitor application performance and ensure uptime for US healthcare billing systems. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions. Database Management: Write, modify, and optimize Oracle SQL queries to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. Ensure database integrity and compliance with healthcare data security regulations. Development and Automation: Utilize .NET to build or enhance tools that improve operational efficiency.
