Essential skills:

1. Technical

Provide hands-on technical leadership in solution architecture, design, and delivery using .NET, AWS stack.

Knowledge in Payments, Data and Financial solutions is an advantage.

Familiar with the global delivery model and has experience working with multidisciplinary teams located across varies geographies.

Consultative capabilities to convert business problems to opportunities.

Flexible in handling tactical issues as well as possess ability to think strategically.

Expert in crisis/problem management and willingness to get hands on to expedite problem resolution.

Function as a coach to the teams to improve collaboration and outcomes.

Experienced in building large & concurrent projects/programs ground up.

Manage Technical risks with effective mitigation and communication strategies.

Establish Software engineering tools, standards, processes and best practices.

2. Excellent Project Management skills

Sound knowledge of AGILE and can apply AGILE Principles, manage and coach SCRUM team(s) as needed.

Able to anticipate challenges and roadblocks that may threaten to derail the project and can remove the roadblocks.

Track and Report on Metrics and Progress to Stakeholders.

In-depth understanding of various project management tools, techniques, strategies, and processes.

Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities and time management skills.

3. Strong Program Management skills:

Create and maintain a detailed technical project plan aligned with the client s vision.

Ensure all artifacts such as technical project plans, designs, test plans, and standards are defined and jointly reviewed along with customer

Manage team changes to ensure project deliverables are met with adequate communication to stakeholders, transition plans and with back up resources.

Regularly schedule meetings with Delivery Leadership and associated functions to evaluate standard business processes and process improvements (milestone reviews, post-mortems, post-release analysis, audits etc.)

Provide proactive and clear feedback to Leadership and other stakeholders about the status of the project.

Escalate, as appropriate, concerns to Delivery Management to resolve issues and to mitigate risks in a timely manner.

Validate that the technical quality is being achieved and pull in assistance from Practices as needed.

Never compromise on quality for meeting ship dates. It is better to be perceived as slow than to be perceived as a poor-quality service provider.

4. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

Very strong verbal and written communication skills.

Has the ability to express point of view in a way that is clear and direct and respectful. Assertive communication.

Possesses a sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising teams.

Has experience mentoring and training rising talent in the technology field

Qualifications:

Bachelor s / master s degree or equivalent in IT

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager and 05 years experience as a Delivery Manager

Minimum 5 years of experience working with Customer/Client focused delivery model preferably in the Life sciences/Clinical solutions industry

Experienced in managing large customer engagements (50+ global team) that have multiple services being offered by the provider organization
