Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Conduct workshops, meetings, and interviews with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Evaluate existing workflows, processes, and systems to recommend improvements. Create and manage business requirement documentation, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. ServiceNow Solution Design: Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and administrators to design and configure solutions in alignment with business requirements. Assist in creating process flows, user interface designs, and reports within the ServiceNow platform. Work with technical teams to ensure proper configuration and integration of ServiceNow modules. Process Mapping & Improvement: Map current and future state business processes and help identify areas for improvement within the ServiceNow platform. Ensure that business processes align with ServiceNow best practices and service management principles. Stakeholder Communication & Support: Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and expectations. Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that all test cases align with business needs. Support the training and onboarding of users to new ServiceNow modules or functionalities. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain clear documentation for all ServiceNow configurations, enhancements, and integrations. Provide ongoing status reports, progress updates, and recommendations to management and stakeholders. Change Management & Implementation: Assist with change management processes related to ServiceNow implementation or upgrades. Help ensure that new features, modules, or enhancements are effectively implemented within the business environment. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow implementations or experience in ITSM (IT Service Management) environments. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog. Experience working with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. Proficiency in creating detailed process documentation and functional specifications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ServiceNow certifications (e. g. , Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Application Developer) are a plus.
