Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI Architect to join our dynamic team in the Payments & Gateway Solutions domain. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in building and architecting scalable, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications using modern UI technologies. The UI Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, backend developers, and UX designers, to deliver intuitive and innovative user interfaces for our applications.

1. Key Responsibilities :

Architecture Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and flexible UI architectures.

Ensure modularity, reusability, and performance optimization across the application stack.

Develop MicroFrontend strategies to enable seamless integration of modular components.

2. Technology Leadership :

Drive the adoption of cutting-edge UI technologies and frameworks, including Angular, React, Bootstrap, Material UI, etc.

Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for UI development.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

3. Collaboration :

Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend services.

Work with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible designs.

Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

4. Project Management :

Lead UI-related project planning, estimation, and execution.

Proactively identify and address potential challenges and bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.

Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to project timelines.

5. Innovation & R&D :

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UI technologies.

Introduce innovative solutions to enhance the user experience and streamline development workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

1. Technical Expertise :

Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks like Angular and React.

Strong knowledge of UI frameworks/libraries such as Bootstrap, Material UI, and others.

Hands-on experience with MicroFrontend architectures and their implementation.

Deep understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG/ARIA).

2. Design and Development :

Experience in designing component-based architectures and reusable UI patterns.

Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques.

3. Soft Skills :

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

4. Additional Qualifications :

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e. g. , Git).

Experience in Payments, FinTech, or related domains is a plus.

Education : Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
