Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Must-Have Skills:

• UX/UI Design
• ServiceNow Portal Development
• Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar)
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (optional)

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Certification in UX/UI Design or related fields
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices
• User research methodologies and tools

Roles/Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of target users.
• Design Development: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for ServiceNow portals, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to align designs with business objectives.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance usability.
• UI Standards: Develop and maintain UI design standards to ensure consistency across all ServiceNow portals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends and technologies to keep improving user experiences.

Skillsets:

• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
