Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (Manual/Automation).
- Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Implement best practices for automation testing and continuous integration (CICD).
- Identify and mitigate risks through thorough testing processes.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Design, create, and maintain test cases for automation.
- Extend QA automation frameworks and tools as needed.
- Perform all functions of an Automation QA Analyst Senior, including test case design, creation, and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and quality assurance methodologies.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
- Provide excellent oral and written communication within the team and across departments.
- Ensure a sound understanding of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) automation concepts.
- 8 years of overall experience in automation testing.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience using Selenium WebDriver with C# and SpecFlow.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Proficient in Quality Assurance methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of CICD concepts.
- Sound knowledge of BDD automation.
