Integrate Pega applications with Oracle/RDS and other systems using REST, SOAP, Email, File listeners, Connect FTP, Connect-File, and Kafka. Develop and manage agents, queue processors (QP), and JavaScript (JS) components. Implement authentication and authorization rules, user interfaces (UI), report definitions, log analysis, and performance optimization. Utilize monitoring tools to ensure application stability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment using JIRA.
