We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background, excellent people management skills, and a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven ability to handle complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively.
• Track project progress and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.

• Work closely with technical teams to define and oversee project architecture and implementation.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive technical excellence.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams for optimal performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth communication.

• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT/Software industry.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies .
• Experience in handling technical teams and software development projects .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills .
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
