HR Executive (Payroll & Vendor Management with MIS Focus)

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:

Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, reimbursements, and deductions.
Maintain payroll records and handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, and TDS.
Address employee queries related to payroll, taxes, and payslips.
Vendor Management:

Coordinate and manage third-party vendors, including payroll service providers, recruitment agencies, and benefit providers.
Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor compliance with company standards.
Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong professional relationships.
MIS & Data Analysis:

Prepare and maintain detailed HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, payroll costs, and other HR metrics.
Analyze trends and generate insights for process improvement.
Use Excel to create automated reports, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP-based tracking mechanisms.
HR Operations:

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Assist in HR audits and compliance checks.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes as needed.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in payroll, vendor management, and MIS reporting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and advanced formulas).
Familiarity with HRMS/Payroll software.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
