We are looking for passionate and experienced Odisha TET to join our team and help students succeed in their Odisha civil ambitions.

Location : Bhubaneshwar

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Mentoring

• Deliver engaging and effective lectures on subjects relevant to Odisha TET, including all relevant exam
• Provide personalized guidance to students to improve their conceptual clarity and exam strategies.
  Content Development
• Develop high-quality study materials, including notes, mock tests, and practice questions aligned with the state-specific Odisha TET exam syllabus.
• Review and update content regularly based on changes in the exam pattern or syllabus.
  Assessment & Feedback
• Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions, mock tests, and performance evaluations to monitor student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and actionable improvement strategies.
  Collaboration
• Work closely with the academic team to design and enhance the curriculum.
• Participate in promotional and outreach activities, including demo classes and webinars.
  

Qualifications

• A graduate or postgraduate who qualified the exam  
• Strong knowledge of core subjects and Odisha TET exam patterns 
• Prior teaching experience (offline or online) in Odisha TET exam preparation or related studies is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring Odisha service officers.
  

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in delivering lectures in English, Odia, and Hindi.
• Familiarity with EdTech tools and digital teaching platforms.
