Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to join our dynamic product management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing market trends, evaluating product performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. The Product Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and launch of products that meet market needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Google Analytics and Power BI.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to guide product strategy.
  

Market Research:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
  
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand user needs and preferences.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  

Product Development Support:

• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  
• Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and product documentation.
  
• Participate in product testing and validation to ensure products meet quality standards.
  

Project Management:

• Support project management activities, including timeline tracking, task management, and coordination with stakeholders.
  
• Assist in managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  

Communication & Collaboration:

• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
  
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.
  
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  

Qualification: Education:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a product/business analyst or similar role.
  
• Experience with data analysis, market research, and product management tools.
  

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI/ Looker studio ,R, or Python.
  
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
  
• Experience with market research tools and techniques.
  
• Understanding of product lifecycle management and product development processes.
  
• - Knowledge of bigquery, GTM ,GA4 is must
  
• - Understanding of product funnels, traffic sources
  
• - Ability to perform A/B testing, cohort analysis, retention analysis, heat mapping
  
• Firebase, Hypothesis Testing.
  

Product skills:
- Ability to generate insights, draw user behavior patterns, identify funnel drops through data analysis and suggest improvements.
