Role Description:

The Senior Consulting Analyst will be a crucial member of our Strategy Consulting Group, supporting client engagements across various industries. This role involves understanding strategic objectives, gathering and analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and contributing to strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation, leveraging digital and AI strategies to drive efficiencies and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to support strategic recommendations, ensuring thorough understanding of client needs and market conditions.
• Client Engagement: Assist in client interviews, synthesizing insights to help develop strategic responses and solutions.
• Strategic Support: Contribute to the development of frameworks, work breakdown structures, execution plans, and specific workstream outcomes.
• Solution Development: Identify issues critical to clients' success and propose solution approaches, including supporting technologies and tools.
• Market Research: Perform industry, market, and competitive analysis to generate insights about client capabilities and benchmark against market leaders.
• Documentation: Develop solutions to business and technical problems by documenting key requirements and supporting business case justification.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Support day-to-day client interactions and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Engagement Planning: Assist in building and driving engagement plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective management by influence.
• Innovation: Collaborate on new frameworks, methodologies, points of view, and best practices based on client experience and market insights.
• Technology Evaluation: Help evaluate opportunities for feature and service innovation, focusing on the impact of leading-edge technologies, including AI.
• Business Case Development: Contribute to business case development, leveraging the consultancys engagement and ideation methodology.
• Team Collaboration: Operate as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team, engaging across the consultancy to gather expertise and focus solution development.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of consulting or industry experience, with exposure to multiple sectors preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital technologies, including AI, automation, journey mapping, content management, eCommerce, marketing automation, CRM, service and API development, cloud deployments, and migrations.
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills, with the ability to synthesize and visually present findings.
• Foundational understanding of strategy and operations within targeted industries.
• Ability to effectively operate independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in project collaboration tools, task management, and team productivity enhancement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient with MS Office and Google Suite for collaboration.
• Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA from a top educational institution is preferred.
• Motivated self-starter, quick learner, and innovative, with awareness of the latest solution and technology adoption trends.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more to client work locations based on project/engagement requirements.
