Job Description
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, identifying resources, and managing timelines.
- Manage project budget and ensure financial control.
- Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities effectively.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress and report status updates to stakeholders.
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies (Agile etc.).
- Ensure project documentation and deliverables meet company standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize project processes and improve team efficiency.
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in an IT
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile etc.) and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira)
