Job Description
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of React.js developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
- Architecture & Design: Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications using React.js, Redux, and related technologies.
- Code Quality: Ensure code quality through regular reviews, automated testing, and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improve development processes.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal application performance and responsiveness.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and development processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior developer role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies. Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading development teams, with a strong ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio of previous projects or contributions to open-source projects demonstrating your expertise in React.js development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Skills: Experience with server-side rendering (SSR), Next.js, or other related frameworks.
- Testing: Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
- CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Design: Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Sketch.
