What to expect from this role:

Opportunity to work on Travel Insurance related initiatives with key stakeholders of the Insurance industry in the country

End to end responsibility of the business including but not limited to P&L ownership, operational excellence, regulatory compliance and marketing

Collaboration with internal teamsproduct, business finance, customer service, etc to monitor and manage the category daily

Track sales funnels, converted sales and revenues and plug the holes if any

Discuss innovative financial solutions with Travel insurers and bring them to life on PhonePe platform

Benchmark customer experience and processes with other internal categories as well as competition – hence acting as a catalyst for improving process design for better customer experience

Work with data to help grow the business through interventions on product and technology

Responsible for management of business reporting and any ad hoc reporting from time to time

Proficient knowledge of MS Excel is a must

Customer first attitude with a strong execution bias

Experience of working with a highly skilled team across all functions

Ideal candidate for this role should:

Preferably be an MBA with 2-4 years of experience

Have work experience in business development and / or product development in a dynamic Travel insurance environment

Exposure to digital marketing will be an added advantage

Be agile and highly collaborative, communicate impressively

Strong analytical acumen and problem solving

Demonstrate deep understanding of insurance business

Be highly data-driven and adept at balancing needs with business goals

Be skilled in building and managing business alliances

Thrive in a competitive and a result-oriented work environment

Be able to create and own the processes on their own
