Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Utilize cold calls and emails to identify and generate new sales leads.
Solution Selling: Understand the needs of prospects and recommend suitable Payment Gateway solutions.
Relationship Building: Develop long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads for the sales funnel.
Market Proactiveness: Actively explore and seize new business opportunities in the market.
Reporting: Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience (experience in the B2B sector is an added advantage).
Education: Graduation is mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Target-driven Background: Prior experience in high-target environments.
Industry Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in EdTech or Healthcare, especially with subscription-based services.
