Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Functional Analyst specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with 2-3 years of experience. The ServiceNow Functional Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the business needs of the organization. This role involves working closely with business Ethics Compliance team, IT team, and developers to ensure that ServiceNow applications are effectively utilized and optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ServiceNow applications and modules.
Process Analysis: Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Solution Design: Design ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices and platform capabilities.
Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, and integrations with other systems.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and administrators to ensure effective use of ServiceNow applications.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements, designs, configurations, and test results.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and best practices to continuously improve the use and value of the platform.
