Minimum 1 year of experience in retail/real estate industry

Should possess a comprehensive knowledge of interior design and latest design trends
Should have the knowledge of consumer behavior and also brand awareness
Should have an exposure to AutoCad and other such design softwares
Overall Purpose/Objective
Of the job
Provide effective on-boarding/start-up support to retailers and a visually appealing experience to customers by managing retailers site visits/inspections, handling retailers queries promptly, understanding their requirements
Key Responsibilities
(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)
Understanding the leasing brief in terms of mall positioning, zoning, brand mix, etc and also the distinct requirements of various product categories
Review the brand/retailer brief from the Leasing team and conduct a detailed research on brands in terms of its operating model, product offerings by visiting the brand stores/outlets at other malls
Prepare a fit-out check-list starting from design submittal stage upto trading day and get it approved by the retailer
Monitor the fit-out process on regular basis and ensure that the host architect adheres to the timelines and reports the reasons for delays/ non-adherence
Assist the Manager / GM RET in final fit-out inspection alongwith the GM RET and ensuring compliance with all fit-out provisions before issuing a fit-out completion certificate to the Director-RET for approval
Assist the Manager/GM RET in developing a hand-over document for the Operations team containing the final as constructed design, MEP and other details, for every store/ outlet
Undertake and facilitate redesign, renovation/internal modification with common areas of the mall, and also manage the implementation of External Graphic Display(EGD) signage
