Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - HRBP (Human Resource)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Performance Management Goal Setting-KRA/KPI, Midyear Review, Feedback Assessment, Training on SAP Success Factors, Performance & Potential Assessment, Calibration, Individual Development Plan, Succession Planning, Policy Formulation, Compensation Benchmarking, etc.
• Implementation of key performance measures, core competencies and core values into the performance appraisal system.
• Design and develop standards for competency assessment for recruitment, development, and promotion of employees.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Software, HR Digitalization & Automation.
• Learning Solutions
• Employee Grievance Redressal & Coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• HR Budget preparation, monitoring & controlling.
• Employee Engagement Initiatives
• Digital & Manual Dashboard
• Responsible for Human Resource Business Partner activities.
• Coordination with HQ & other Interdepartmental stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Must have working experience with implementation of SAP SuccessFactor for Employee Central, Talent Management & Learning Solution.
• Integration of multiple HRIS system
• Presentation & Communication Competency.
• Knowledge of HR Digitalization & Automation Tools & Platforms.
• Knowledge of HR Budgeting & Controlling, Auditing System-Internal & External.
