Job Description
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in FMCG/D2C/consumer electronics or a similar fast-paced, innovation-driven industry is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, META, TikTok etc.) and their commerce capabilities.
- Expertise in content creation and storytelling, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Marketo, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for personal care and healthcare and staying ahead of digital marketing trends
