Job Description
- Support product quality related Product Holds from initiation to completion on behalf of the originating BU or Factory, ensuring deadlines and metrics are achieved
- Work within the company ERP system to implement compliant containment and product dispositioning in line with global product hold processes.
- Support Business Partners to deliver improvement with the product hold process to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Resolve roadblocks affecting the success of the product hold process, working with all parties to mitigate the impact on customers and patients in a compliant manner.
- Work with Warehousing and Regional stakeholders to ensure all parties are clear on process steps and have the clear understanding of their requirements
- Engage in root cause investigations as required when performance drops below expected performance targets
Youre the right fit if:
- You have previous relevant experience in quality, supply chain, quality and/or order management processes, working with SAP to control product.
- You have a desire to continuously improve processes and efficiency to achieve world class standards
- You have a drive to ensure compliance across all aspects of a process, always ensuring each aspect is executed correctly, never settling for good enough
- You have fluent level of English (verbal and written)
