Conduct data analysis and reporting through available HR systems to better inform, track, and improve HR planning and decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine impactful measures to inform, deliver and implement solid HR Reporting capabilities
Design and deliver clear frequent workforce reports with an initial key focus on Learning reporting, and deliver insights, analysis and presentations to relevant stakeholders, either pro-actively or based on request
Contribute to strategic projects to strengthen HR insights and considerations.
Determine and continuously improve best practices in HR Reporting across the domains of Payroll (ADP), Learning (CSOD) and Core HR Data (Workday)
Manage demand for HR Reporting insights while balancing delivery through self-service versus ad hoc.
Spot data trends that will help us increase overall performance- initiate and drive improvements
