Roles and responsibilities:

The primary objective of the role is to manage:

1. Managing projects within the Compliance Testing team.

2. Assisting the team during the review of Compliance monitoring - Themes, products and processes w.r.t data review , analysis and ensuring proper reporting.

3. Responsible for dissemination and tracking of implementation of regulatory obligations across business units.

4. Any other compliance related tasks/projects being assigned from time to time

5. Managing projects running within the Compliance function.

6. Assist the team in data analysis at the time of conducting reviews of products and processes and thereby identifying and mitigating the compliance risk.

7. Dissemination and tracking of implementation of Regulatory circulars.

8. Data collation for Risk Based Supervision and for Compliance risk assessment

9. Preparation of various decks/charts/MIS for reporting purposes.
