Formulation development: NPPD R&D
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs.

Candidate should have a basic understanding and idea of the following domains

• Development of solid, semisolid, and liquid dosage forms for herbal and nutraceutical ingredients.
• Handling of different equipment, performing experiments, and documenting the results in a prescribed format.
• Basic concepts of NDDS.
• Evaluation of suitable excipients for the formulation as per the targets.
• Awareness about maintenance of GLP norms and overall quality parameters.
• Understanding of essential regulatory guidelines.
• Need to be hardworking, innovative, and self-motivated.

Formulation development: NPPD – R&D
Experience: 4 to 6 yrs.
Post: Senior Research Scientist/ Research scientist

Candidate should be well versed in the following domains –

• Planning and executing prototype product development trials for developing stable dosage forms for domestic and global markets e.g.US, EU, Brazil, and Canada.
• Should have hands-on experience in converting natural ingredients to NDDS.
• Should be well-versed in various encapsulation techniques and their applications.
• Should have a depth understanding of various suitable excipients for the formulation as per the targets.
• Preparation of literature search and patent search reports, Product Development reports, Stability Protocol, process validation protocol, and SOPs.
• To assist in Pre-formulation and compatibility studies prior to the formulation trials.
• Innovator/Market product sample characterization.
• Strong understanding of current regulatory norms.
• Also need to have ideas in the reformulation of existing products to improve quality and cost reduction.
• Candidate needs to be creative and should have a meticulous approach in given tasks and assignments.
