Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Generate leads and convert them into sales by promoting our industrial products.
• Identify new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with customers in the industrial sector.
• Technical Support & Product Demonstration:
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding product features, specifications, and applications.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product benefits.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Address and resolve any customer concerns or product-related queries promptly.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
• Stay updated with market trends, customer requirements, and competitor products.
• Provide feedback to the management team for improving sales strategies and product offerings.
• Sales Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads in the CRM system.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure that customer requirements are met and products are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial products sector.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and their applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
