OverView :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mathematics Teacher for Middle School (Grades 6-8) to teach under the Cambridge (IGCSE) curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching strategies, and the ability to inspire students to develop problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.

Responsibility :

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Mathematics lessons in alignment with the Cambridge Lower Secondary curriculum.
• Use concept-based and inquiry-driven teaching methods to develop students' critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Incorporate technology, hands-on activities, and real-world applications to enhance learning.
• Prepare students for Cambridge Checkpoint exams and future IGCSE coursework.
• Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning abilities and needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, projects, quizzes, and formative assessments.
• Encourage students to explore mathematical concepts through projects, puzzles, and competitions.
• Provide regular feedback and guidance to students to enhance their academic performance.
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership regarding student progress.
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum planning, and professional development programs.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. B.Ed. is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of teaching Mathematics in Cambridge / IGCSE curriculum.
• Strong understanding of Cambridge teaching methodologies, assessments, and exam preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and challenge students to achieve their highest potential.

• Experience in preparing students for Cambridge Checkpoint and IGCSE exams.
• Knowledge of technology integration and digital tools for Mathematics teaching.
