Job Description :

1. Conduct regular inspections of hydraulic systems to identify signs of wear, leaks, or other issues.

2. Diagnose malfunctions and perform root cause analysis to determine the underlying problems in hydraulic systems.

3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to perform routine checks, fluid replacements, and component inspections.

4. Lubricate moving parts, tighten connections, and replace worn-out components to prevent breakdowns.

5. Repair or replace faulty hydraulic components, including pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and fittings.

6. Ensure that replacement parts meet the required specifications and standards.

7. Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and troubleshoot hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

8. Monitor hydraulic fluid levels and quality, ensuring proper filtration and contamination control.

9. Perform fluid analysis and, if necessary, recommend or execute fluid replacements to maintain optimal system performance.

10. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, replacements, and upgrades performed on hydraulic systems.
