Epicor ERP Consultant (Functional / Technical)

We are looking for an experienced ERP Technical Consultant with a strong background in Epicor Kinetic to drive technical implementations, customizations, and support for business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Plant Maintenance, and Quality Modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and map existing business requirements and change management processes.
• Perform system validation and master data setup for Epicor Kinetic.
• Configure Epicor, develop reports, and handle customizations as per business needs.
• Handle customer support for business requirements and change management, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Implement best practices to maximize cost-effective business benefits.
• BAQ, BPM, and Form-Level Customization for specific business needs.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Gap-fit documents for various ERP processes.
• Perform Master Data Management, company setups, user testing, and user training.
• Create and update training manuals, flow charts, and other documentation.

Qualifications:

• BCA, BTech/BE, MCA, MBA, or equivalent.

Certifications:

• Epicor Kinetic Technical Certification.
• ITIL (preferable).

Experience:

• 12+ years of overall industrial experience, with 6+ years specifically as an ERP Epicor Kinetic Technical Consultant.
• Expertise in business process automation and day-to-day functional support.
• Proven track record in business process adoption and implementation in Epicor Kinetic.

Selection Criteria:

• In-depth experience with Epicor Kinetic and its modules, including O2C, R2R.
• Ability to achieve defined SLAs and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong skills in requirement analysis, business process automation, and technical support.
