Job Description
- JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for BIM Technician- Junior MEP Engineer (MECH) Position: BIM Technician/ Members/ Draftsman Qualification: B
- Tech in MEP Experience: 1 to 3 yrs Number of Positions: 5 Communication: Good communication and writing skills in English
- Software Skill: REVIT MEP (Specialization in Plumbing)
- AutoCAD - for drawing, linkage, and cleanup
- Naviswork Manage
- Design Review - for collaboration with professional staff
- Coordination with Navis work Manage General understanding of interoperability between software used to accomplish own discipline tasks
- Roles & Responsibility: BIM Modeling for specific discipline & Level of detailing (LOD-200 to 500)
- Work under the direction of the BIM Coordinator & BIM Manager
- Ensure construction documents (Shop drawing, Fabrication Drawings & Spool Drawings) accuracy
- Coordinate with other disciplines and model challenges
- Follow BIM content standards and development procedures
- Assist in developing BIM modeling content for a project
- Independent decision maker in BIM Coordination Meetings
- Ability to export Models in IFC, NWC, DWG & DWF, and other formats for collaboration internally and externally
- Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology for production and coordination
- Capable to meet timelines and work under pressure Open to take new challenges Loyal toward employer Responsible & having a positive approach Good interpersonal relationsLocation: Hyderabad
