Job Overview:We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented **Business Development Executives (Junior & Senior levels)*to join our team in Mangalore.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in the **oil and gas sector*and will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil & gas industry. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders**.

- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.

- Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and reports to management and clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams for tendering, contract negotiation, and project execution. - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote company services. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the oil & gas sector.

- B.E. in Mechanical or any Engineering discipline (MBA is an added advantage).

 - Strong understanding of sales strategies, contract management, and market analysis. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
