Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach to drive sales growth.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Conduct field sales visits to build relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  
• Manage payment collections by following up on overdue payments and resolving issues promptly.
  
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
  
• Strong skills in lead generation, client acquisition, cold calling, coordination, field sales, telesales.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
