Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store. This role requires someone who is comfortable with both technical and customer-facing tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, optimizing store performance, managing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly

Experience required: 2-4 Years

Salary: 25k-35k

Location: Remote, PAN INDIA
** Needs to be flexible as per USA timings

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store, ensuring that product listings, prices, inventory, and promotions are up to date.
  • Manage order fulfillment and ensure timely processing and shipment of orders.
  • Monitor and maintain product inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and updating stock quantities as needed.
  • Implement and manage Shopify apps to improve store functionality and customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the store, products, or checkout process.
  • Analyze and report on store performance metrics, including traffic, sales, and customer behavior.
  • Coordinate with marketing to update product offerings, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (email, live chat, social media, etc.).
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order histories.
  • Provide product recommendations and assistance to customers.
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are correctly processed and shipped.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and implementing new processes or tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the customer journey and increase conversions.
  • Stay up to date on Shopify updates, e-commerce trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Shopify store management and e-commerce operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify admin.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work with third-party integrations.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
