Store Manager

Job Overview:

As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the stores operations, from sales performance and inventory management to team leadership and customer satisfaction. Role & responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development:Hire, train, and mentor a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional service.Inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales and performance goals.Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to ensure professional growth and alignment with company standards.

Sales and Growth Management:Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement action plans to address challenges and seize opportunities.Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute promotions effectively.

Inventory and Merchandise Management:Oversee inventory levels to ensure stock availability while managing excess inventory efficiently.Work with the merchandising team to maintain attractive and effective product displays.Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.

Customer Experience and Satisfaction:Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring all customers receive prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.Implement initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Store Operations and Compliance:Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing procedures, adherence to company policies, and maintaining visual standards.Monitor store expenses and take measures to improve profitability.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of proven experience in retail management.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
