Key Responsibilities.

End-to-End Feature Delivery:Own the delivery of features from concept to deployment, ensuring exceptional quality, performance, and user experience..

Collaborative Development:Work closely with product, growth, and engineering teams to align on requirements, design direction, and project scope..

User Insights & Activation:Dive into user behavior data to identify pain points and opportunities for improving activation and retention..

Build robust growth infrastructure for experiments, user behavior tracking, and engagement..

Implement data-driven changes based on customer insights and feedback..

Growth Exploration:Experiment with new channels and strategies for user acquisition, retention, and reactivation..

Must Have.

Experience:5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in startups/scaleups, shipping features or products..

Technical Skills:.

Expertise in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks like React..

Strong collaboration skills, working closely with product and design to create engaging user experiences..

Problem-Solving:A holistic approach to problem-solving, understanding user needs, and building impactful solutions..

Communication:Ability to present ideas and insights effectively to stakeholders, fostering alignment and decision-making..

Industry Experience:1-2 years of experience in a renowned software company, especially early in your career..

Specialized Skills:.
