Senior UI engineer

• Develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces for web applications
• Collaborate with UX designers to understand design requirements and provide technical feasibility of implementation
• Implement modern and elegant UI components and interactions that result in a delightful user experience
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high development standards
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in UI development

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a UI Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past projects
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its modern ES6+ syntax and features
• Experience with popular front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vuejs
• Familiarity with asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with UX designers and back-end developers
