Job Title: Zscaler Administrator (L2 resource)

Job Overview The Zscaler Administrator is accountable for configuring, and safeguarding organization-wide internet and VPN traffic through the Zscaler cloud security platform. This position requires a demonstrated experience in Zscaler platforms ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, as well as planning, change management, and risk management, this position ensures the secure and compliant utilization of internet resources, safeguards against cyber threats, and enhances network performance. Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage Zscaler policies (both ZIA & ZPA).
Handling day to day operations related to Zscaler services
End user support (Handling Service now requests / incidents)
Maintain customer satisfaction and to ensure quality standards, adherence to processes, policies, and service level agreements for customer responsiveness, incident resolution, and follow up.
Monitor and analyze security threats, logs, and reports.
Enforce compliance with organizational security policies.
Manage user authentication, authorization, and group policies.
Configure network connections (e.g., GRE tunnels, IPsec).
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and optimize network performance.
Apply software updates and patches.
Ensure platform availability and uptime.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure quality and productivity.
Technical support to resolve Zscaler-related issues and escalations.
Collaborate with stakeholders and other IT leaders to improve the performance of Zscaler platform.
Ensuring the industry best practices are implemented
Perform root cause analysis of Zscaler related issues and recommend corrective actions.
Develop system installation and configuration documents for references. Qualifications (Required knowledge and skills)
In-depth knowledge of network technologies and protocols, primarily TCP/IP.
Must have hands-on experience in handling Zscaler infrastructure, such as PZEN/VZEN clusters, App Connectors, and PSEs.
Experience in handling Service now requests / incidents
3+ years of experience in handling Zscaler related support for end users.
Zscaler automation experience is an added advantage.
Ability to design, plan and execute Zscaler related projects. Professional Experience

Migrate existing APP connectors and PSE s from one OS platform to other OS platform
Automating the Zscaler Connectors deployment.
