Job Description and Role : Enterprise Risk Management & Internal Controls
Experience : 2 to 4 years
Education Criteria : Graduate (Any Stream)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Support the development and implementation of the organizations risk management framework and strategies
2. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks to the organization, and provide recommendations for mitigating these risks
3. Monitor key risks and maintain an up-to-date risk register
4. Participate in the development and implementation of risk management training programs for employees
5. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that risk management processes are integrated into business operations
6. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and emerging risks, and provide recommendations for how the organization can respond.
Required Candidate Profiles :
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management.
2. Any risk management certification such as IRM level -1, Enterprise Risk and India Regulation Course (ERIRC) - NISM, Certification in ISO 31000:2018, Any Online Risk
Management Courses, etc. (Desirable)
3. Knowledge of risk management principles and practices, including risk assessment and mitigation techniques
4. Experience in maintaining risk management processes
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
