- Cultivates new leads and innovative concepts to strategize for future expansion.

- Conducts research on potential organizations and individuals through industry connections and B2B social media platforms.

- Reaches out to new clients to update them on recent developments in the company's product offerings and seeks opportunities for sales.

- Participates in international conferences, trade shows, meetings, and exhibitions.

- Collaborates closely with current customers and distributors to devise sales strategies aimed at achieving set targets.

- Establishes sales objectives for the team and ensures their fulfillment.

- Provides training for personnel and assists team members in enhancing their skills.

- Analyzes the evolving market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs, working in tandem with internal teams (PSO, R&D, Quality) to continuously align sales requirements.

- Produces sales reports and conducts trend analyses.

- Participates in international conferences, trade shows, meetings, and exhibitions.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Science

- Master's Degree in Management.
