Play a key role in driving our sales process, coordinating with the sales telecaller, managing leads, and securing purchase orders from clients!
Key Responsibilities:
📞 Lead Coordination: Work closely with the sales telecaller to follow up on leads, ensuring smooth transition from initial contact to in-person meetings.
🚗 Client Visits: Visit potential clients to present our products and solutions, addressing their needs and fostering strong relationships.
📂 Sales Management: Take charge of the sales process from initial lead engagement to receiving the first purchase order, ensuring a smooth and successful journey for each client.
💼 Cost-Effective Approach: Plan and execute client visits in a cost-effective manner, optimizing travel and meeting expenses.
📊 Target Achievement: Work towards meeting individual sales targets, and earn incentives for every purchase order secured after hitting your targets.
🎯 End-to-End Sales: Manage all stages of the sales process, including negotiations, presentations, and order finalization, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
What Were Looking For:
✔️ Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in industrial process equipment or similar fields.
✔️ Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with potential clients.
✔️ Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a pipeline of leads, schedule client visits, and track sales progress.
✔️ Target-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
✔️ Excel Knowledge: Managing data in excels.
