• Create training materials or conduct training sessions as needed.
• Software Updates and Maintenance: Assist in the implementation of ERP software updates,

patches, and system maintenance to ensure the system runs smoothly and securely.

• Data Management: Help users with data entry, data extraction, and data reporting within the ERP

system.

• This may include creating and running reports or assisting with data imports and exports.
