Roles and Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
• Answer, screen, and route phone calls efficiently while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
• Provide accurate information to callers and guests or direct them to the appropriate department.
• Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
• Keep the reception area neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings as needed.
• Support office operations with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
• Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and other logistical support for staff members.
• Maintain office calendars, ensuring schedules run smoothly and conflicts are minimized.
• Keep visitor records updated and ensure compliance with office security and safety protocols.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as needed to assist with daily office functions.
