The role will be aligned to create/deploy/QA/Develope email campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities: Good knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms like Braze and SFMC.Compliance and Process Adherence:Ensure offshore delivery operations comply agreed operating standards and enforce adherence to established processes and procedures.Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.Risk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to offshore delivery operations. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.Performance Monitoring:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of offshore delivery operations. Identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in offshore delivery operations. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of offshore delivery operations. Implement best practices and lessons learned.Governance Framework:Develop and maintain a governance framework for offshore delivery operations. Define roles, responsibilities, and processes to ensure effective governance.Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of governance processes, procedures, and policies. Ensure documentation is easily accessible and understandable.
